Job Description:


We're seeking a Growth Manager to play a crucial role in our company’s growth and success. This individual will focus on accelerating user acquisition, driving engagement, and optimizing our conversion funnels across multiple surfaces like: email, our mobile & desktop web application, our website, and beyond.

This role will report directly to the CEO, and work closely with all departments leading demand growth, brand growth, & building the growth team.

Responsibilities:


  1. Drive product-led growth strategies by analyzing user interactions and customer feedback to improve our product and facilitate user acquisition and engagement.
  2. Develop and implement creative & innovative strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and product usage.
  3. Become an expert on our product experience and how 3rd party services impact user experience
  4. Harness software-based resources like Mailchimp, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc., to analyze user behavior, funnels, and identify opportunities for conversion and network effects.
